How would the All-Time Colorado Rockies stack up against the rest of the Dream League?

Over the last couple of weeks, we have been compiling a 25-man roster comprised of prime-of-their-career-and-health Colorado Rockies.

In a field of dreams, these are the players that we would select from the history of the organization to take the diamond and play against the ghosts of other organizations. That meant that at times, we had to choose ultimate peak over longevity and have created some controversy here and there.

So we present, the All-Time Colorado Rockies:

Congratulations to everyone involved on this incredible honor that will surely be among the highest they have achieved in their careers.

The only additional question at this point is how this team might fare in a season against others built in a similar fashion. Obviously, few would pick them to take many games from organizations like the Yankees or Red Sox that have literally over a hundred years worth of players to choose from.

But it might be fascinating to see how they would stand up against other teams from the expansion era who have achieved a bit more team success, at least in terms of winning the World Series like the Arizona Diamondbacks or Miami Marlins. Have those teams had as much overall talent, though?
