DNVR Rugby Podcast: American Raptors No. 8 Casey McDermott-Vai

Colton kicks off the show with “The Breakdown” presented by O’Neills by covering an American Raptor on the HSBC Sevens Circuit, the American Raptors roster, USA Rugby’s big win, and all of the rugby you can watch this weekend (0:00-11:16). Following “The Breakdown”, Colton talks with American Raptors No. 8 Casey McDermott-Vai about the feeling around the team, the new blend of players, and the Raptors upcoming match against Utah Club Rugby (11:18-26:29). Following the interview, Colton closes the show with “The Loop” (26:31-27:41).

Casey McDermott-Vai returns for his second season on the rugby pitch after injuries derailed his spring season with the Colorado XOs.  The former TCU football utility player is looking for a big bounce-back season in the No. 8 jersey for the American Raptors as they get set to play a full fall schedule.
