A look at the Louis Luggage visiting Deion "Coach Prime" Sanders and Colorado for this weekend's rivalry game

Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders put the nation on notice after last Saturday’s win over then #17 TCU and immediately caught the attention of some of the nation’s best recruits. The number one recruit in the 2025 class, five-star QB Bryce Underwood, will be visiting Boulder for the USC game and 2025 four-star QB Antwann Hill will visit for the Stanford game in October.

However, this weekend Coach Prime and the Buffs will be hosting a plethora of recruits for Saturday’s rivalry game against the hated Cornhuskers. Below is a list of recruits who have all publicly confirmed they will be in Boulder this weekend.

2024 four-star ATH Kamron Mikell

Mikell is a 6-foot-2, 181-pound athlete from Statesboro High School in Statesboro, GA. He is the 138th overall recruit and the 9th athlete in the 2024 class according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Mikell is a two-way player who plays quarterback and cornerback. Mikell possesses legitimate track speed and has posted five sub-11-second times in the 100-meter dash and a 21.69-second 200-meter dash. He is also a starting guard on his high school basketball team and led his team to their first regional title in five years with a putback buzzer-beater.

2024 three-star EDGE Amontrae Bradford

Bradford is a 6-foot-4, 230-pound three-star EDGE who is also Kamron Mikell’s cousin and teammate at Statesboro High School in Statesboro, GA. He is the 842nd overall player and 59th overall EDGE in the 2024 class.

Bradford also participates in throwing events for Statesboro’s track and field team.

2024 three-star TE Mason Cowgill

Cowgill is a 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end who is rated the 117th overall tight end and 24th player in the state of Colorado. According to his Twitter bio, Cowgill also plays wide receiver and linebacker. He is from Erie High School in Erie, CO.

2024 three-star EDGE Jordan Ochoa

Ochoa is a 6-foot-4 and 220-pound EDGE rusher out of Castle View High School in Castle Rock, CO. He is a Wyoming commit and is the 1780th overall player and 114th EDGE in the 2024 class. Coach Prime and Jackson State offered him on November 22nd, 2022. He has yet to receive an offer from Colorado.

2024 RB Jazari Spencer

Spencer is a 6-foot-3, 175-pound running back and linebacker from Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, CO.

2024 WR/RB Jordan Herron

Herron is a 5-foot-10 and 155-pound wide receiver and running back from Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village, CO. His hudl page claims he runs a 4.49 40-yard dash.

2025 four-star QB Bekkem Kritza

Kritza is a 6-foot-5 and 182-pound four-star quarterback from Miami Central High School in Miami, FL. Kritza played at Fairview High School in Boulder, CO as a freshman and threw for 3192 yards, 22 touchdowns and eight interceptions on 64.9% completion. He is the 339th overall player and 24th quarterback in the 2025 class. Kritza also plays basketball.

Back in mid-March, Krtiza unofficially visited the Champions Center at the University of Colorado.

2025 three-star TE Ty Rupe

Rupe is a 6-foot-6 and 232-pound three-star tight end from Grand Oaks High School in Spring, TX. He is the 18th tight end overall and the 50th-ranked recruit from the state of Texas in his class. His father was a pitcher in the MLB and at Texas A&M and his mother was a standout soccer player at Texas A&M.

2025 WR Jordan Rechel

Rechel is a 5-foot-10 and 160-pound wide receiver from Fairview High School in Boulder, CO. He unofficially visited Coach Prime at the Champions Center in Boulder on March 18th.

2025 S Aiden Knapke

Knapke is a 6-foot and 190-pound safety from Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village, CO. He is also a member of Cherry Creek’s track and field team.

2025 WR Jeremiah Hoffman

Hoffman is a 6-foot-1 and 175-pound wide receiver from Severance High School in Severance, CO. He holds six state track records in the 200-meter dash, long jump, high jump, triple jump, 4×1 relay and 4×2 relay.

2026 CB Jalon Copeland

Copeland is a 6-foot-1 and 185-pound safety from Valdosta High School in Valdosta, GA.

2026 RB/LB Jeremiah Harkins

Harkins is a 6-foot-1 and 210-pound running back and linebacker from New Hope High School in Columbus, MS.
