Numbeez my guy! RK my dog. Your co-absence nearly killed the unkillable count, for real. Your returns happened just in time to revive me from the deepest depression. I’m going to go on an all —night bender and then wake up and expect you two (with a Hank sprinkle when he returns) to pretty much be on every pod for the rest of eternity. I’ve been surviving on a heavy diet of Nuggets pods (which are good but ain’t the same) , buffs pods (which are freaking awesome but still don’t compare) and local booze. This world is a vacuous place without my Boyz. Don’t ever do this again. And where the shit were you RK?

The new helmets are nice, but I’m gonna have to vehemently disagree with Ryan on the navy blue. Absolutely the worst thing about the current uniforms. We need to bring back the light blue from the 1968- 1996 uniforms. Matches soooo much better with the orange. And while we are at it, let’s bring back the orange pants with the white tops for our road uniforms (1969-71, and 1978-79). I’m down for some minor modern tweaks like the new helmets, but we gotta stick with the classic look. Love what Houston, Tampa Bay, New England, etc. have done with their throwbacks recently.

First off, congrats Zac!
Second, I’ll second what the Count said…we missed you guys on the pod for what seemed like FOREVER! Dre, Hank, and Ya Ya filled in admirably but it just wasn’t the same.
As a Bronco fan from way out of town i need to let you know how much your content means to us who don’t live in the Denver market. I’ve been a Broncos fan for going on 30 years but I’ve never had as much fun following the Broncos as I do today with all the great stuff you guys put out.
My wife and I are flying in to Denver this Friday and our first stop will be to come to the bar for some Breck Brews and some eats.
We have tickets for training camp next Monday for the first padded practice. We’ve never been to training camp before and are super excited! Any tips on how early to show up to get the best spots on the lawn, and where those spots are?

The news on Eyioma Uwazurike is beyond disappointing. No player can claim they don’t understand the rules in 2023. I understand the saying ‘greater talent equals greater tolerance’ and if it was a player like Surtain I’d probably have a different opinion, but I’d like to see the team cut him. He knows the rules, he knowingly broke them, and he’s let down his city, fans and teammates. Take care boys, Aussie Dan

The gambling suspension thing keeps bothering me. Yes, it is somewhat of an IQ test, yes, there is a pre-existing culture of gambling in the NFL. The punishment does not seem to fit the infraction though. We’ve seen guys get games-worth of suspensions for things that are straight up violent crimes, but a year with seemingly no recourse for what I view as more of a “mistake” is harsh.
I like to believe in ‘serving your time’ and the idea that people make mistakes but can be rehabilitated. I think we all feel differently about Michael Vick than we do Deshawn Watson, and I think a lot of that has to do with a ‘recognition of wrongs’. What is the rehabilitation process for a gambling infraction? It seems like the NFL just punts these guys out for a year no questions asked.
If gambling is not a victimless infraction, how does the NFL close the circle and educate the gamblers?

Welcome back guys! My two cents on the white helmets: they are awesome! I still hope we go for a full redesign of the logo going forward… I’m just not particularly nostalgic for the logo that predated my existence and brought us zero super bowls. (Plus, those sickly little horse legs!).
In other news, I think the competition for playing time in the secondary is the most underrated storyline going into camp. Does Sterns overtake KJax? Can Mathis hang on to the number 2 slot? What are your predictions?
