Considering what he did in his first season with the Denver Broncos, Emmanuel Sanders is one of the best signings during John Elway’s executive tenure to this point. Sanders exploded onto the scene, setting career-highs with 101 receptions, 1,404 yards and nine touchdowns last season. He and Demaryius Thomas made up the top one-two receiving punch in the league while giving Denver the firepower to compete with anyone, any Sunday.

But, Thomas and Sanders don’t have everything in common. While DT is currently holding out in hopes of earning a massive deal, Sanders is taking “#nodaysoff” as his Twitter explains.

In this video he filmed in the backyard, Sanders said, “You know you’re working to be the best when you got a Juggs machine at your house,” and proceeds to make out-of-this-world catches.

How about that one-handed, handstand catch? Just silly good. A few hours later, he shared this Vine, calling it his favorite play of the season.

This play embodies Sanders as a receiver. His toughness shines through despite his smallish size of 5’11” and 180 pounds. He’ll give everything he has to catching the football, laying his body on the line – literally in this instance – even diving backwards to reel in the pigskin and get hit hard in the back.

Sanders is a throw-back receiver in the sense that he’s unafraid of going over the middle nor diving; his effort is infectious.

Without a doubt, he’s a must-follow on Twitter (@ESanders_10). From answering questions of fans to giving them game and practice-used gear, Sanders is everything you can hope for out of a professional football player.
