Who will lead the Buffs in rushing?
Our friends over at AllBuffs.com are running a poll right now that made my head hurt.

I think it’s a good sign for the Buffs how hard I had to think about this, there are a ton of options.
You have three players currently on the roster, Christian Powell, Michael Adkins II, and Phillip Lindsay, who were all within 100 yards of each other last year (Powell led with 448). All three showed flashes of why they would be a good choice this season.
Just that would make this poll question tough enough, but then you have three newcomers coming in this year, who were all ranked as a 4-star prospect by at least one recruiting service, Patrick Carr, Donald Gordon, and Aaron Baltazar (transfer). Any of these three could potentially lead the team in rushing, and while I think, of the three, Patrick Carr could be a serious impact player for Colorado this year, it’s hard to choose a freshman to lead the team in this situation.
So after long and hard thought, I came to my decision. Phillip Lindsay will lead the Buffaloes in rushing in 2015, with a total of 615 yards. Lindsay has an explosiveness about him that I love, he runs with an aggression unseen in any of the other backs.
While I expect the Buffs to still go by-comittee this year with their running back rotation, I think Lindsay will have the most stretches where you have to leave him on the field.
Regardless of who leads, the Buffs are poised to have a very good rushing attack this season.
2014 Pac-12 revenue numbers out
As reported by Jon Wilner of Mercury News, the Pac-12 released the revenue numbers today for their 2014 fiscal year.
Here are some of the highlights:
Total Revenue: $374 Million, including $282 million from TV revenue, $106 of that coming from the Pac-12 Networks. This ranks the Pac-12 the number one conference in the nation, in terms of total revenue.
Colorado’s distribution: The Buffs slice of the pie came out to $21,173,032, this ranks 11th in the conference, but the differences are minimal, all teams were in the $21 million range besides Utah (16,060,398) who becomes a full member in the 2015 FY. The $21 distribution per school, ranks 3rd among conferences in the country.
Expenses: Commissioner Larry Scott made 3.5 million in 2014, and 9 other employees made more than 400,000, Wilner approximates that this is much more highly paid staffers than any other conference.

Its that time of year.
College football preview magazines are coming out, and while it’s only a regional cover, Colorado QB Sefo Liufau is on the cover of Athlon’s Pac-12 preview mag.

Along with the magazines, come the big outlets doing their quick preview’s of each team.
Today, the ESPN Pac-12 Blog did their Colorado preview.
To summarize: Nelson Spruce is good, Sefo Liufau turns to over too much, the staff thinks the front seven is a strength, but the defense didn’t do anything well last year.
