The Avalanche wrapped up media day this morning with a lengthy conversation with head coach Jared Bednar about his expectations for his team this upcoming season.
Training camp begins tomorrow morning so we’ll start this mega locker room audio dump with the head coach.

Is it just me, or does Bellemare sound like he’s going to be one hell of a good coach in a few years? It’s always those depth guys that just love to play and study the game that seem to make the best coaches.
